STRATEGIC VISIONING SERVICES

The Strategic Visioning process as defined by the Grove Consultants International is:

“An adventure that organizations take periodically, much like special journeys. They are often triggered by crossroads decisions the organization must make in the near future.
To lead and support the Strategic Visioning process, leadership and key stakeholders must believe that a shared understanding of its past and possible futures will catalyze more aligned and effective responses …to the day-to-day decisions… that ultimately shape an organization.”

As a neutral third party, STATUS GROW helps groups do their best and most creative thinking about mission, vision, long and short-term goals and specific action planning. A hallmark of STATUS GROW’S visioning work is the end product - a step-by-step plan for reaching clients’ goals reflecting the highest and best thinking of all stakeholders.

Wheel spinning, backtracking, frustration and duplication are NOT part of our STATUS GROW vocabulary. We thrive instead on concepts like “finding common ground” and “understanding the big picture”. We believe that the key to any successful event or marketing campaign is a clear sense of direction and common understanding. In our opinion, success truly is all about a shared vision!
